The City desires to continue its efforts to embed racial equity into its framework, through current and future policies, procedures, and structure and to evaluate policy decisions to eliminate and/or modify public policies that have created, supported, or exacerbated racial inequities.
As the City works to embed equity into its framework, we want to hear your experiences as a resident of Culver City. By sharing your stories, both past and present, along with a close look at our policies and decision-making processes, we aim to create a Culver City Community free from inequitable practices, and/or barriers to programs and/or processes.
