Dear Editor,
Over the years, the number of people living in Culver City who own electric vehicles has increased significantly. In the years ahead, there will be an exponential increase in the number of electric vehicles in our city.
In light of this fact, I have asked the city council to approve adding additional level 2 chargers at public places throughout Culver City. Specifically, I have proposed adding chargers at all public parks in Culver City as well as adding chargers in the first floor garage of city hall, where chargers previously existed for the general public before they were subsequently removed.
Electric vehicles are the future of our state, our nation, and the world. I want Culver City to be a part of that future.
