Screenland 5K Coach Craig Schoenbaum and several training session guests stretch their quads at Culver City High School while others jog and walk designated laps around the Olympic-sized track.
Walkers and runners are invited to participate in the final complimentary session on Sunday, Feb. 23, at 3:00 p.m. Olympic Games Gold Medalist Lashinda Demus will lead the First Entertainment Credit Union race warm-up on Oscar Sunday, Mar. 2, at 8:45 a.m. The race starts at 9:00 a.m.
Youngsters race in the Munchkin Dash at 10:10 a.m. Register at www.Screenland5K.com. Midwest Roofing sponsors the track sessions.
