Bryan “Bubba” Fish has received an endorsement from Sydney Kamlager-Dove, who represents California’s 37th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives, which includes Culver City.
“Bubba is dedicated to making Culver City a place where everyone can thrive,” said Kamlager-Dove. “He will be a thoughtful, consensus-building voice and an advocate for us all. I’m proud to support him for Culver City Council.”
“I am honored to receive Congresswoman Kamlager-Dove’s support,” Fish responded. “She has been a champion for women’s rights, healthcare access, and criminal justice reform. We are proud to have her representing Culver City in the nation’s capital.”
Congresswoman Kamlager-Dove is the latest addition to a long list of endorsements for Bubba’s campaign across federal, state, county, and local levels, including California State Senator Lola Smallwood-Cuevas, State Assemblymember Isaac Bryan, and Los Angeles County Supervisor Holly J. Mitchell who all represent Culver City.
Graduating from UCLA’s Luskin School of Public Affairs in June 2024, Fish earned a Master’s in Public Policy with a concentration in Housing, Transportation, and Urban Policy.
Bubba’s campaign has raised an impressive $95,000 from over 900 individual donations, averaging less than $100 each, swearing off contributions from fossil fuel, police, and real estate development companies or organizations. Special interest PACs have responded by spending over $200,000 to defeat him in this election.
