RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the Cultural Affairs Commission (CAC) (1) consider cancellation of the May 21, 2024 Regular Meeting; and (2) discuss relevant agenda items and consider whether to schedule a Special Meeting on a different date in May.
DISCUSSION:
The City Council is scheduled to meet in the Mike Balkman Council Chambers to discuss the proposed budget on May 20 - 21, 2024. This meeting conflicts with the regularly scheduled Cultural Affairs Commission meeting.
