BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Lila Bragard was appointed by City Council on January 22, 2024 to the Youth/Student seat on the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC)
This new member will be sworn in by BPAC Chair or Vice Chair.
