RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Cultural Affairs Commission (CAC) review and approve the minutes of the Special Meeting of May 23, 2024.
BACKGROUND
By approving, Commissioners are expressing confidence in the veracity of the secretary, the actions of prior meetings, and the correctness of the minutes preparation process. According to Robert's Rules of Order, "It should be noted that a member’s absence from the meeting for which minutes are being approved does not prevent the member from participating in their correction or approval.”
