RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration and Juneteenth Celebration Advisory Committee (Advisory Committee) receive and file the Advisory Committee 2024 Meeting Calendar and the Upcoming Agenda Items List, with adjustments, if any.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Staff has prepared this report to give the Advisory Committee an opportunity to review the 2024 Meeting Calendar and the Upcoming Agenda Items List, which are both provided as Attachment 1.
Any adjustments to the Meeting Calendar, including a change to the usual meeting location, and/or the Upcoming Agenda Items List, may be agreed upon by consensus of the committee members. Once consensus has been reached, a motion may be made to receive and file the report.
