• Sharing of courageous conversation tools;
• Silent reflection/journaling;
• Modeling a conversation;
• Break;
• Breakout groups led by Facilitators' Support Team. The participants are given the opportunity to engage in a facilitated courageous conversation with each other; and
• Q&A; Facilitator wrap-up.
