BACKGROUND

 

Each of the City’s commissions, boards, and committees are annually requested to provide input related to the City’s proposed work plans and budget for the upcoming fiscal year (FY).

                     City Council received individual department presentations regarding proposed FY 2025-26 work plan highlights on March 3-4, 2025.

                     City Council received the City Manager's/Executive Director's Proposed Budget for FY 2025-2026 on May 12, 2025.

                     City Council will receive individual department presentations regarding the Proposed Budget for FY 2025-26 on May 19-20, 2025.

                     The FY 2025-26 Budget will be adopted in June 2025.

 

DISCUSSION

 

Public Works staff will review the mobility-related projects included in the City Manager's/Executive Director's Proposed Budget for FY 2025-2026.

 

Committee members may discuss and provide staff with comments regarding proposed projects and projects not included.

 

FISCAL IMPACT

 

Projects proposed for FY 2025-26 will have a significant fiscal impact on both the City’s General Fund and CIP budgets. All projects proposed may or may not be funded, in whole or in part, in the final FY 2025-26 Budget.
